Request account and data deletion
Users may request deletion or de-identification of their Zunlo app account and associated personal data by emailing support@senseroot.ai. This is a verified, request-based process. Zunlo is operated by Senseroot AI Pvt Ltd.
How to request
Email support@senseroot.ai from the email associated with your account, and please include:
- Registered phone number
- Role: Parent, Teacher, or School Admin
- School name, if applicable
- Child name, if applicable
What to expect
- Senseroot AI Pvt Ltd may verify the request before processing.
- Some records may be retained where required for school operations, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or contractual obligations.
- School roster and operational records may require school authorization before deletion.
- Parent-entered wellness, nutrition, growth, allergy, dietary preference, and wellbeing records may be deleted or de-identified after verification, subject to applicable retention requirements.
We aim to review verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Deletion or de-identification is not automatic and is completed only after we verify the request.
